Frequently Asked Questions

We serve Farmington, MN and a 10 mile radius to where we live which includes Lakeville, Rosemount, Prior Lake, Northfield and Elko New Market. We may travel farther for a mileage fee. 

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent to you. If the invoice is not paid in 24 hours, the invoice will be null and your party date will not be reserved. 

 The sooner the better, we book quickly!

If it is scheduled to rain or have bad weather during the time of your event, you will be able to use your deposit towards a new booking or we will refund the deposit. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your event to reschedule due to the rain. 

If canceled 2  days prior to your event, you CAN use your non-refundable payment towards a new booking. If you cancel within 2 days of your event  due to a non-emergency, you will not be able to use your payment towards a new event as it is a non-refundable deposit.  

 Yes, we will do our best!  For Pony parties we normally only have one person at the event, so once we are done doing rides and have loaded the pony in the trailer, we will come back and clean up any messes. 

 Yes. We require four car lengths of parking within 50 feet from where we will set up. 

 We will always arrive prior to the start time to ensure we are set up and ready to go at the designated start time.

One hour of pony rides is perfect for under 20 guests. The more guests you have, the shorter the rides but everyone will still have a wonderful time!

Yes, they will.

80 pounds is the max weight for a pony rider and under 8 years old. 

We find that 3 to 8 years old is the best age range for pony parties.

No. For the safety of all the animals, please keep your pets inside while we are at your event. 

Yes, please! If you have a child that needs to be lifted on or off the pony, or needs a side walker, please have a parent or adult avavible to help.
