Yes. We do require 50% down as a non-refundable deposit to hold your date and time slot. The deposit needs to be made within 24 hours of the invoice being sent or your date will be forfeited.
The final payment is due 24 hours prior to your event. We will remind you the week of your party to make the payment in full. If payment is not received 24 hour prior to your event, the event will be automatically canceled and your deposit will not be returned to you.
The sooner the better, we book quickly!
If it is scheduled to rain or have bad weather during the time of your event, you will be able to use your deposit towards a new booking or we will refund the deposit. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to start time of your event to reschedule due to the rain.
If canceled 5 days prior to your event, you CAN use your non-refundable deposit towards a new booking. If you cancel within 5 days of your event due to a non-emergency, you will not be able to use your deposit towards a new event as it is a non-refundable deposit.

Yes. We require four car lengths of parking within 50 feet from where we will set up.
We will always arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time of your event to get ready!
One hour of pony rides is perfect for under 20 guests. The more guests you have, the shorter the rides.
We try not to let them munch too much, but yes, they will.
Yes. 80 pounds is the max weight for a pony rider and under 8 years old.
We find that 3 to 8 years old is the best age range for pony parties.
No. For the safety of all the animals, please keep your pets inside while we are at your event.
